Spring Into Reading: Home

To promote books geared towards students in Early Childhood.

A Reading Community

The Wheeler School prides itself on a being a reading community. Throughout the Lower School there are so many reading initiatives that encourage students to read and expose students to different genres, authors and illustrators. The library plays a major role in developing the reading community. Each Spring I enjoy choosing eight to ten books from the many new books we get each year, and suggest them to our youngest readers. A great time to dive into to books is over the spring break where they may be more time to look at illustrations and enjoy the story.

Feel free to contact me for titles and other suggested books to read or if you have any suggested titles for the library.
